1. Digital Product Policy
Our educational resources—such as chapter PDFs, quick revision notes, quizzes, and other downloadable materials—are delivered instantly in digital format.
Once a product is purchased and access is granted, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Download Access
- All purchased files are available for download through your registered user account on our website.
- Each file can be downloaded a maximum of two (2) times.
- Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We recommend saving your files securely to your personal computer or device immediately after download.
3. File Formats & Compatibility
Most products are provided in PDF format, optimized to work smoothly on the majority of devices and operating systems.
If you face any difficulty in opening, downloading, or accessing your purchased file, please contact us for assistance at customerservice@targetacademy.in — our team will gladly help you resolve the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Purchases
Because all digital resources are accessible immediately upon payment, given the nature of the product, we are unable to process cancellations, refunds, or replacements once the payment is confirmed.
This includes cases such as:
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Device or software incompatibility (though we provide support if you face technical issues accessing your files)
5. Exceptions (in Rare Cases)
A replacement download link may be issued only if:
- There was a verified technical error preventing access, or
- You were charged but did not receive your download link.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at customerservice@targetacademy.in with your order ID and proof of payment. Our support team will assist promptly.
6. Unauthorized Sharing or Redistribution
All downloads are strictly for personal use only.
Sharing, copying, reselling, or uploading the materials elsewhere (in any format) violates copyright and may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.
